New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is making one thing clear ahead of Super Bowl LX: he is not worried about the so-called āKardashian curse.ā
After Kendall Jenner publicly revealed she is betting on the Patriots to win the big game, Kraft responded with a calm and confident message that quickly grabbed attention across sports and entertainment circles.
In a short video shared on social media on Thursday, the 84-year-old businessman addressed Jenner directly after hearing about her Super Bowl pick. Jenner, who stars in a new Super Bowl ad for Fanatics Sportsbook, announced she placed her money on New England to defeat the Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 8.

āKendall, I just heard you put your money on us to win this big game,ā Kraft said in the video. He then tackled the superstition head-on. āI donāt believe that thing about the Kardashian curse. Weāve been underdogs plenty of times, and weāve done OK. Letās do it together.ā

Robert Kraft Shuts Down āKardashian Curseā Talk
The āKardashian curseā is a long-running internet theory that claims athletes linked to the Kardashian-Jenner family often face bad luck or poor performance. Over the years, the idea has followed several NBA players who have been romantically linked to Kendall Jenner, including Devin Booker, Blake Griffin, Ben Simmons and others.
Kraft made it clear he is not buying into the superstition. Instead of focusing on online theories, he leaned on the Patriotsā history of thriving in tough situations.
The timing of Kraftās response mattered. Jennerās Super Bowl pick sparked instant reactions online, with some fans jokingly panicking while others celebrated the attention.
The Patriots are set to face the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX at Leviās Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Oddsmakers have listed New England as slight underdogs, which only added fuel to the discussion after Jenner revealed her choice.
Jennerās pick did not come out of nowhere. The model recently launched a Super Bowl ad campaign for Fanatics Sportsbook, where she pokes fun at the Kardashian curse and turns it into a betting storyline. In the commercial, Jenner jokes that she has made money by betting against basketball players she has dated, while playfully dismissing the idea that she is actually cursed.
āHavenāt you heard? The internet says Iām cursed,ā she says in the ad, before adding humor about her wealth and past relationships. By the end of the commercial, Jenner declares she is ready to ābet on something new: football players.ā
She later confirmed her Patriots pick during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Jenner explained that if her bet wins, the money will go to a charity of her choice. If it loses, Fanatics Sportsbook will choose the charity instead.
During the same show, Jenner revealed she sought advice from former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady before making her decision. She FaceTimed Brady on air, asking him for insight as she tried to make an āeducated decision.ā
Despite praising Seattleās defense, Brady discussed New Englandās journey and mindset, which ultimately helped Jenner decide to back the Patriots as the underdog.
The pick even sparked playful social media banter with her ex-boyfriend Devin Booker, who openly bet against her by choosing the Seahawks.

For Kraft, however, the focus remains simple. His message to Jenner was not about curses, ads or celebrity drama. It was about belief, teamwork and trusting the Patriots to handle the moment.
