If you’ve ever found yourself secretly dreading yet another round of hide and seek with your kids or your siblings’ kids, Kylie Kelce might just have the fix for you. After all, she recently showed a clip on her podcast show, “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie.” This featured a woman who explained that she doesn’t really want kids because she dreads playing hide-and-seek with kids.

Firstly, she commended the woman for knowing what she wants by saying, “We love a queen that can recognize whether or not she’s prepared to have children.” But she also took the moment to share her views on the topic and explain why “she’s doing it wrong,” and frankly, they were phenomenally cool and helpful.

Kylie Kelce recently opened up about how she plays hide and seek on “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie.” She shared that the reason many parents don’t enjoy the game isn’t that it’s boring; it’s clearly because they’re playing it wrong. According to her, adults tend to overcomplicate it or treat it like a serious game, when for kids, it’s all about the fun, the suspense, and, of course, the super fun reactions.

Discussing this, she explained, “You grab a snack, grab a little drink, and grab your phone. Then, you hide. You go into the pantry, you move something, you sit behind a stool. She added, You reposition furniture. You go and hide in a locked bathroom. And continued, “You do what you need to do. You hide, and you make it hard!” She further added, “First of all, that shows that you’re not just gonna give up. They don’t just get handed things. You’re not taking it easy on them. Remember to give them a challenge, okay? That really helps them grow.”

But that’s not all, she also explained how this helps you buy yourself time and get that me-time that you clearly deserve. However, she also explained how this shouldn’t be played in certain circumstances. Talking about this, Kelce explained, “I will also say that we should not be doing the hide and seek version that I am speaking about if you have Bennie playing. So, if Bennie’s playing, she’s three. I’m not leaving her to her own devices for three minutes. I need eyes on that child at all times, and I truly believe that with my whole heart!”
