Jennifer Lopez has moved in into her $18 million L.A. "dream" house, leaving her former marital home with Ben Affleck behind, according to a report from the Daily Mail

She previously lived in an approximately $60 million mansion with Affleck that has been on and off the market several times since 2024
Jennifer Lopez has finally moved into the $18 million Los Angeles mansion she purchased over a year ago after finalizing her divorce from Ben Affleck, according to a report.
“Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie Dreamhouse,” a source close to the Office Romance star, 56, tells the Daily Mail.
Lopez first purchased the property in March 2025, PEOPLE previously reported. A source told PEOPLE in August 2024 that she began quietly looking for a new home in April of that year, around the same time of her date of separation with Affleck, according to her divorce filing.
On Monday, the “Let's Get Loud” singer seemingly gave her social media followers a first look at the property. A carousel of photos she shared on May 25 shows a glimpse of a luxurious backyard pool and entertainment areas featuring a pink and white color scheme.
For the Memorial Day celebration, she was joined by her twins, Max Muñiz and Emme Maribel Muñiz, both 18, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
A representative for Lopez did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

“It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy,” the source adds. “She is over the moon about it and really living out her ‘happy phase.'"
The source says the new home “reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments.”

That 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home has been on and off the market more than once since the exes first publicly listed it for sale with an asking price of $68 million in July 2024.
It was most recently taken off the market in January, four months after it had been listed for $52 million in September 2025. It was once again listed for $50 million on May 5, property records show.
The initial public listing came one month before Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck following two years of marriage. Lopez filed for divorce on the second anniversary for their traditional wedding ceremony in Georgia, which was held on Aug. 20, 2022. Their divorce was finalized on January 6, 2025.
Lopez and Affleck first purchased the property for nearly $61 million in May 2023. Almost a year after publicly listing it for sale, they cut the price down to just under $60 million in May 2025, before pulling it from the market for the first time that July.
At the time, a source told PEOPLE that removing the property from the market was a "decision they made together.”
While PEOPLE reported in May 2024 that the couple were living separately, an insider said that Affleck moved his things out of the mansion in June while Lopez was on a European getaway.

The Argo director had been staying in a Brentwood rental property, but purchased a new $20 million L.A. home in July 2024. The 5-bedroom estate closed escrow on July 24, which is coincidentally Lopez's birthday.
The Atlas star had been house hunting for a place of her own since April 2024, around the time of the couple's separation according to Lopez's divorce filing, a source previously told PEOPLE.
