Bachelor in Paradise alum Hakeem Moulton has revealed that he has some big plans in store for his girlfriend Monica

During an appearance on "Bachelor Happy Hour's Golden Hour" podcast, Moulton said he was planning to propose within the year

"I know her ring size," he teased

Bachelor in Paradise alum Hakeem Moulton has revealed that he has big plans in store this year for his girlfriend Monica.

During a Thursday, Jan. 29, appearance on "Bachelor Happy Hour's Golden Hour" podcast, Moulton teased that he was in the preparation stages of planning a proposal for his girlfriend, Monica.

"I absolutely do wanna marry her, and I will propose," he revealed to hosts Susan Noles and Kathy Swarts, who guessed that he was getting ready to pop the question within the first six month of 2026.

"...I know her ring size," the Chicago-based Bachelorette alum teased. "I have that in my phone."

Moulton appeared on Season 21 of The Bachelorette alongside Jenn Tran as well as on Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise.

According to Bachelor Nation, he hard-launched his new relationship with Monica in December 2025, taking to Instagram to share a series of photos that featured himself hanging out with former Bachelor Grant Ellis and some friends — including one shot that showed him receiving a kiss on the cheek from Monica.The two also posed for a selfie, and Moulton captioned the post, "Celebrating my people's wins is its own kind of joy."

Elsewhere on Golden Hour, Moulton opened up about how he and Monica had first met on a dating app years prior — but the pair rekindled their relationship after several years.

"...Every moment with her… it means so much to me, right? Because that time that I'm with her, spending time, quality time… it means so much to me," Moulton gushed, explaining what he took away from his time on various reality dating shows.

"Also, the effort behind things means so much to me," he continued. "So, if you're going into a relationship and like you're giving half-ass or you're not showing your cards because you're scared and all that... that's the s--- that's, like, never gonna get you anywhere."

"So coming in guns blazing, that's my type of love," Moulton added. "I'm trying to find my person. I want to get married."

Although Moulton has previously kept details about his relationship with Monica private, the couple have posted several social media posts sharing a glimpse into their romance.

One video from Jan. 10 showed the Bachelor in Paradise alum cheering on the Chicago Bears during their game against the Green Bay Packers — and Moulton couldn't hide his excitement.

"POV: Watching the second half of the Bears/Packers game with my bf 😂😂," Monica captioned the clip, which showed Moulton yelling and cheering as he stood in front of a TV, wearing full Bears regalia.

Another sweet video, set to "Silver Springs" by Fleetwood Mac and Billy Joel's "Piano Man," featured a collection of clips of Moulton on various Bachelor series — and some commentary about how it all led to him finding love in an unexpected way.

"In your 20s, you will take risks for love," he wrote in the clip. "You will face your fears. Sometimes, it won't work out the way you hoped."

"... It's important you let fear make you braver, not smaller. Life will have bigger moments waiting for you. You'll learn you don't have to change who you are. The right person will love everything about you," he continued, before a video of himself and his girlfriend sitting side by side on a couch, goofing around together begins to play. "Found her!"

"Love you so much 🩷," she commented underneath the heartfelt clip.
