TikTok star Alix Earle confirmed her relationship with Braxton Berrios in November 2023 after many months of rumors and sightings. They even attended the 2023 ESPY Awards together while insisting they were “not exclusive.” They eventually confirmed a serious connection.

But in December 2025, it was reported that the pair had split up. Sources speaking to People said the breakup was “mutual.”

Braxton Berrios was born in 1995, and attended high school in Raleigh, North Carolina. His career as a football star began early, and he was a quarterback at Leesville Road High School. In 2018, he was drafted by the New England Patriots. He now plays as wide receiver and return specialist for the Houston Texans.

How long have Earle and Barrios been together?

Fans began to think Earle was in a relationship in March 2023, when she posted one of her famous GRWM videos, sharing that she planned to make sushi for dinner with another person.

“You’re probably wondering why I’m getting ready,” Earle said. “I’m making it with someone I met the other night.”

Celebrity gossip Instagram account DeuxMoi claimed in a post that Earle was seen with Berrios soon after at a party. In May, a fan shared a TikTok video meeting Earle at a restaurant in Miami, and Berrios was with her. By June, they were being seen more often, but Earle still denied in comments about Berrios that she had a boyfriend.

In November, however, they attended the 2023 ESPY Awards together, walking the red carpet and holding hands. She made a GRWM video for the event, telling fans, “Just going today as a plus one. You guys can probably guess who I’m going with.”

But Earle finally only called him her boyfriend while on the Call Her Daddy live podcast that same month.

When did Berrios and Earle first meet?

Earle revealed on a December 2023 episode of Hot Mess that she first met Berrios at a Miami party in February 2023. She said: “He’s super cool, super nice, and flash forward two weeks, I get invited to go to the Super Bowl.” She said she ran into him at two parties in Scottsdale, Arizona, during the weekend’s festivities. She was a little unsure about his relationship status at first, after hearing he recently got out of a relationship. (He would ultimately leave the Super Bowl early to go talk to his ex.) She stressed “nothing had really happened” between them in February. They were “nothing but friends.”

In March, things shifted. Berrios “eventually had asked me on a date this month,” Earle recalled. “We went out. That was our helicopter date.”

Who else has Berrios dated?

Berrios was in a relationship with Sophia Culpo for two years, but in March 2023, the TLC star seemed to indicate she was single in several social media posts. In April, she got more specific during an Instagram Q&A session, saying she “wasn’t able to talk about this when it first happened.”

“I still don’t really have words,” she began, adding that she’s “not really one to air out a bunch of dirty details.”

Berrios responded to Culpo’s insinuations in his own Instagram Story, saying, “I don’t wanna start anything. I don’t wanna fuel anything. I genuinely want all this to be over and everybody to move on and do whatever makes them happy.”

He characterized his relationship with Culpo as “healthy,” but said things “weren’t working out” and that they split up in January.

Earle previously dated MLB player Tyler Wade for three months in 2022. In a December 2023 episode of the Hot Mess podcast, she said of the baseball star, “Everything that I did he shit on. He did not support me at all, especially when it came to social media stuff. Not physically as Berrios had a NFL game, but they still had a moment together at E11EVEN Miami’s New Year’s Eve party. Earle was seen FaceTiming Berrios while at the bash, where Nicki Minaj performed. An eyewitness said that Earle “was seen FaceTiming her man so he could enjoy the Nicki Minaj Performance with her and they could share a special New Year’s Moment. Earle was dancing and blowing kisses to her man while she sang along to Nicki’s hits.” Earle was at the party with friends.

On January 16, Earle posted a TikTok with Berrios in the background, and she shared how he handed her four $1oo bills out of the blue.

“I’m sitting here with my heating pad on, and my man just handed me $400,” she said, showing the proof in her lap.

“What did I do to deserve this?” she asked him.

“I’ll tell you later,” Berrios can be heard saying quietly.

“For being a great girlfriend? Thank you!” Earle ended the video.

Berrios and Earle have attended several 2024 events together.

In February 2024, Earle was Berrios’s date to the 13th annual NFL Honors in Las Vegas. The Miami Dolphins player wore a black suit, while the influencer was in a red dress with black pumps.

In a TikTok posted on February 28, Earle her followers on her life, including mention of Berrios, saying she recently said no to a trip to the Bahamas with her boyfriend, where he was heading to celebrate one of his friends’ birthdays. The influencer recently had a cold.

“I declined, just because I feel like I really need to rest and take care of myself,” she explained. “I was feeling sick this week.”

She then shared they recently fostered a dog together, named Asia, who had gone on to their forever home—which had left Earle feeling a bit blue.

“I’ve cried myself to sleep the past three nights, and I’m like, I thought I’m supposed to feel happy right now,” she said. “And don’t get me wrong—I am really, really happy for her, and I know she’s in an amazing place, but I just didn’t expect it to be that hard.”

Earle did clarify she is not living with Berrios; she has just been spending a lot of time at his home.

“I was doing my work from there,” she said. “So I just kept accumulating all my suitcases and bags over there. And I do kind of have now, I have a good corner at his house.”

In June 2025, Earle shut down breakup rumors on TikTok.

On June 24, 2025, Earle addressed speculation about her and Berrios’s relationship status while on a girls’ trip in Spain. In a TikTok filmed on the beach, the influencer wore a shirt that read “I love my boyfriend” and added a message across the video: “Ain’t nobody pulling me for a chat on this girls trip.” The caption was a reference to the popular reality show Love Island USA.

After Earle competed on the Dancing With the Stars season 34 premiere on September 16, she told E! that Berrios showed his support from afar.

“I honestly haven’t really had a chance to talk to him yet,” Earle said. “But he texted me a screenshot that he voted for me—most important.”

She added, “He’s very sweet and always supportive, so [I’m] excited to talk to him later.”
