The players credit the coincidence to their busy baseball schedule.

Four Minnesota Twins players are getting married on the same day.

Ryan Kreidler, Brooks Lee, Luke Keaschall and Cole Sands plan to hold their respective weddings on Nov. 14. Initially, they were initially unaware of each other’s plans until they caught up during spring training.

Major League Baseball shared the news in an X post on July 22 that included photos of the players and their fiancées.

“Poor wedding planning?” the league teased in the caption.

Lee explained why he and his longtime partner Delanie Dunkle chose the specific fall date to tie the knot in an interview with MLB.

“You don’t want to be too close to the end of October, and don’t want to be too far [into November] because Thanksgiving is coming up. Seemed like everyone is going to choose that date,” the shortstop said.

As the players have social circles that overlap, some people have been left with a tricky decision. For instance, Lee and Keaschall have the same agent, Adam Karon. But given that both players are getting married in California, it is believed that the agent will swing by both weddings.

“I think he’s going to go to Keaschall’s first and then ours,” Lee said. “But they’re both early in the afternoon because the sun sets so early.”

Twins manager Derek Shelton told MLB that he won’t be able to attend any of the weddings because he’ll be celebrating his own wedding anniversary.

However, he gave the engaged couples a key piece of advice.

“I gave them a bunch of [grief]. ‘How am I going to get to each wedding?’ the manager said.

In an Instagram video shared by Twins TV, Keaschall gave an update on his wedding planning with his bride-to-be Madeline.

“Maddie’s been doing a great job and I’ve been helping where I can,” the second baseman said.

As for what he’s most looking forward to on their big day, he said, “Just seeing her, that’s the best part.”

Lee also shared thoughts on his upcoming wedding, telling Twins TV that it’ll likely be an emotional occasion.

“I’ll be crying the whole time,” he said, adding that he’ll have a handkerchief on him.

Kreidler shared the news of his engagement to Gigi Hernandez in June 2025. A few months later, that December, Lee and Keaschall announced their respective engagements.
